Annual Financial Reports
The Northern Water Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports include the following information:
- Short summaries of the Colorado-Big Thompson Project’s water collection and distribution systems, including Northern Water’s operations, number of employees, organizational charts and water delivery data
- Short summaries and statistical analyses of the local economies within Northern Water boundaries, including major employers, tax collections and economic outlooks
- Detailed information about Northern Water’s revenues, including property and specific ownership taxes, water assessments, and charges for services
- Detailed information about Northern Water’s expenses, including operation and maintenance, administrative services, engineering services, depreciation and interest expense
