RFPs & Purchasing

All vendors: if you would like to find out about Northern Water’s requests for proposals (RFPs), or would like to be included on Northern Water’s vendor list, go to the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) website and register as a vendor. When registering as a vendor on the RMEPS website, you will have two options:

If you choose the Automatic E-mail Notification option (annual fee required), you will be automatically notified of all Northern Water RFPs matching your organization’s commodity code.
If you choose the Search Only Access option, you can search the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website for RFPs without paying an annual fee, but you will not receive automated e-mail notifications for new requests for quotations/RFPs from Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing.

A Regional Service
Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System is a regional service for 50 agencies throughout the Rocky Mountain states. All 50 agencies use a common vendor list maintained by Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.
