Garden changes can be overwhelming to many. To provide inspiration, Northern Water is planning several updates to our Conservation Gardens located in the backyard of the Berthoud campus. For small-scale renovations and residential audiences, we will showcase pre-planned gardens including Gardens in a Box from Resource Central and High Country Gardens. Visit any time on weekends or schedule a tour by emailing Water Efficiency Specialist Lindsay Nerad. 

The Conservation Gardens provide public education on various plants, turf and conservation techniques that can achieve water savings in landscapes. Overall, guests to the gardens will discover efficient irrigation methods and see turf plants and grasses that thrive in Colorado’s semiarid climate.
