Celebrate Our New Willow Creek Campus With a Grand Opening on Friday, Oct. 7

Northern Water is excited to announce the grand opening of our new Willow Creek Campus in Grand County. Please RSVP today and join us from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7 for a public open house at the new campus located at 725 Grand County Road 40, Granby. The event will include a dedication and ribbon cutting at 11 a.m., but guests are welcome to stop by at any time during the open house.

Since spring 2021 crews have been working diligently to build a new West Slope campus  to house approximately 30 full-time employees. The new campus is located just south of the Willow Creek Pump Plant approximately one-half mile west of U.S. Highway 34. The 41,000-square-foot campus is a mix of office and fleet maintenance space, as well as a new control room and conference meeting space. The new campus will augment existing facilities at the Farr and Windy Gap pump plants.

To help us in our planning efforts, please RSVP using the button below by Friday, Sept. 30.

About our Campus Development Projects

Northern Water currently employs approximately 170 people at its Berthoud headquarters and West Slope facilities located in Grand County. Our employees work to bring high quality, supplemental water to municipalities, industries and farmers through the Colorado-Big Thompson and Windy Gap projects. These operations have grown more complex as we integrate contemporary water collection and delivery challenges into our daily operations.

Because these needs require increased personnel, additional and updated offices, and new equipment facilities, Northern Water completed a Master Plan study in January 2020 to evaluate the Berthoud headquarters campus and West Slope facilities. We are currently implementing Master Plan recommendations on both the East and West Slopes to meet our current and future needs.
