Northern Water will host a NISP open house from 6-9 p.m. on Oct. 9, 2019 at the Drake Centre in Fort Collins (802 W. Drake Road), in an effort to inform the public and receive feedback on various components of the NISP Intergovernmental Agreement with Larimer County. The main components of the IGA are the recreation concept plan at Glade Reservoir, the pipeline route through Larimer County and the realignment of U.S. Highway 287.
