Beginning Thursday, Sept. 29, the blasting window at Chimney Hollow will shift one hour later into the evening, while daylight hours allow. The blasting window for the site is now 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Barnard and the Municipal Subdistrict have made significant changes to blasting operations to further mitigate noise and impacts to the Chimney Hollow community. 

Weekly blasting schedules are posted by 5 p.m. each Friday to our Construction webpage. Blasting schedules may be adjusted at any time due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances and the webpage will be updated accordingly.
