The Large Lot landscape extends from the home in long, simple lines to amplify and settle the structure in the landscape. To create the entry, landform and islands of naturalized plants encompass the front. The overall layout is arranged with active and passive uses of the larger available landscape area. Active landscape areas that rely on frequent supplemental watering are placed within about 50-feet of the home. Trees are placed with strategic shade, framing of views, and buffering in mind.
Note: Plans need to be printed on a 24x36-inch sheet to be readable and at the accurate scale. Other documents, such as Design Guide and Water and Cost Estimates, are to be printed on 8.5x 11 inch.
