Proposed Budget Summaries

Proposed budgets for fiscal year 2027 for all existing funds have been submitted to the Board of Directors of Northern Water and the Municipal Subdistrict. Budgets will be reviewed at the Budget and Rate Hearing on Aug. 6, 2026, as noticed below.

Notice is hereby given that proposed budgets for Fiscal Year 2027 for all existing funds have been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District; that a copy of the proposed budgets have been filed in the office of said District at its headquarters building, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513 and posted to the Northern Water website where same is open for public inspection; that such proposed budgets will be considered at a Planning Session of the Board of Directors of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District to be held at 9 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026.

Municipal Subdistrict Rate Hearing - Aug. 6, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Subdistrict) will hold a hearing at the office of Northern Water, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado, in person and via Zoom webinar, at the hour of 9 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, for the purpose of assessing the 2027 Annual Charges on entities having Water Allotment Contracts with the Subdistrict.

Northern Water Rate Hearing - Aug. 6, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) will hold a hearing at the office of Northern Water, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado, in person and via Zoom Webinar, at the hour of 9 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2026, for the purpose of fixing the rates for water to be furnished by Northern Water in 2027 to those persons and entities having contracts with Northern Water which provided for an annual determination of such rates.

Northern Water Notice to all Property Owners of Rate Hearing - Aug. 6, 2026

Pursuant to law, all owners of all taxable property and holders of Class B, C & D allotment and other water contracts within the boundaries of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District are notified that the Board of Directors of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) will certify to the County Assessors a mill levy of one mill on the dollar of assessed valuation of the property within Northern Water. Northern Water has set the date of Aug. 6, 2026, in person or via Zoom webinar, at 9 a.m. at the office of Northern Water, 220 Water Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado, as the time and place where it will meet for the purpose of hearing objections to assessments by Northern Water.
