Data Center Outage Set for June 20

Northern Water will conduct data center maintenance on Saturday, June 20, starting at 8 a.m. During this maintenance window, the data center will be shut down for approximately 4–6 hours, and the network will be offline.

During the outage, the following local applications and services will be unavailable:

• Water Accounting
• Visual KPI
• Northern Water primary website
• EDOCS
• WISKI
• VPN
• Wi-Fi

This work is necessary to improve the reliability and performance of our infrastructure. We appreciate your patience while this upgrade is complete.
