Contract Drafting and Board Dates
The Contracts Department will not draft, prepare or issue any contracts until the Contracts Review Team has completed a full review of the transfer request and all required documentation has been received. This requirement applies regardless of any provisions, deadlines, or Board meeting dates referenced in a Purchase and Sale Agreement or other documents submitted to Northern Water.
Northern Water will not be bound by contractually stated Board meeting dates or timelines negotiated between private parties. Placement on a Board agenda will be determined solely by Northern Water based on internal review processes, completeness of the submission and staff availability.
